According to UKT, the defect will lead to restrictions in the supply of drinking water in 7 areas of Tirana.
"As a result of the landslide of a rock massif near the Bovilla dam, it has caused a defect in the DN 900 cast iron pipe, which will lead to restrictions on the supply of drinking water in these areas:
-Center Area
-Lapraka area
-December 21st Area
-Former Park Area
-New Tirana Area
-Block Area
-Yzberisht area
"Working groups are working with high intensity to restore normal supply as quickly as possible. We ask for the understanding of the residents of the affected areas," the announcement said. /CNA
