The Bishop of the Archdiocese of Tirana-Durrës, His Excellency Arjan Dodaj, has reacted to the passing of Archbishop Anastasios Janullatos.
"Rest in peace, dear Metropolitan Archbishop Anastasios! Enjoy eternal life in our Lord Jesus Christ, together with the Holy Mother Theotokos and the saints and angels!" writes Archbishop Dodaj in his announcement.
He emphasized Anastasius' important contribution to the brotherhood and unity of Christians, as well as his tireless commitment to interreligious dialogue.
