Not that there is construction without permission, because the constructions have been legalized, but there are regular legal processes, but because of the claims of the parties and here the one with the state behind is stronger.  And who has the state behind, who else but the rosy stories of Vjollca and Lori Hoxha . This morning, IKMT excavators and the police went to the "Montrelux" resort in Morava, to demolish, according to them, the illegal constructions.

While there is a legalization permit, while the facilities are all in a court process with the state and without any document, without any prior notice, without any order, the IKMT and the State Police teach at "Montrelux Resort". 

This is to make fun of the rosy stories of some lawyer of the Erion Veliaj Renaissance. (read here)
