The carnivals of Korça are approaching. On June 8, Korça will organize a party that has become a tradition of the city and symbolizes the opening of the tourist season.

The southeastern city, one of the most favorite destinations of locals and foreigners, is not only attractive in the winter season, but also in the summer.

With the Carnival, Korça will open the season, which is expected to be with a significant number of visitors. A grand celebration with a parade and colorful ball of Venetian masks will decorate the streets of the city of serenades.

Mayor Sotiraq Filo, through a post on social networks, invites everyone to be part of the parade and celebrations on June 8.

"Choose your mask - DON'T MISS KORÇA", writes Filo.

This will be the 17th edition of the Korça Carnival. The city promises a wonderful atmosphere everywhere in the squares and alleys. The mask parade will bring together groups from all over the country, but also from the Balkans, as has happened in previous years.
