In the "Podcast" with Prime Minister Edi Rama, Franc Zylyftari, an employee of ANA, has compared the cyber attack carried out against Albania by Iran, in the summer of 2022, to Russia's military attacks against Ukraine.

He indicated that the attack had a destructive mission and that it aimed to paralyze the lives of Albanian citizens.

"I was a close part of the team, I have to admit that it was an extraordinary experience. We found that the damage was not successful, it was a small piece of the damage they wanted to do. It was a very fierce war. AKSHI was the target of state-sponsored actors. The attack that Albania was hit at that time was with a destructive cyber mission. The damage resulted in the paralysis of Albanian citizens. We feel good that we avoided such an attack," said Zylyftari. /CNA
