An administrative lawsuit and a criminal lawsuit were filed against the Authority by the legal representatives of the IM citizen

In the first process, which took place in the Administrative Court, the court decided in favor of the Authority, while in the other process it decided to overturn the prosecution's appeal and uphold the decision of the Tirana Judicial District Court.

In relation to the first process, the Administrative Court of the First Instance in Tirana dismissed the lawsuit of the legal representatives of the IM citizen in the direction of the Authority for Information on Documents of the former State Insurance, with the object-request: "The obligation of the administrative body the Authority for Information on the Files of the Former State Security to perform the administrative action, equip the applicant with the documents requested by the request dated 14.09.2022."

The Administrative Court decided in this case: Dismissal of the request-lawsuit submitted by the plaintiff, as not based on the law and the evidence.
