Inspektoriati i Mbrojtjes së Territorit ka planifikuar të shembë një ndërtesë dy katëshe në zonën e Skelës ku jetojnë 7 familje.
Disa prej tyre janë shpronësuar dhe kanë pranuar vlerën e dhënë, por nënë e bijë nuk kanë pranuar të dalin nga ndërtesa.
Ato kanë hipur mbi tarracë ku dhe kanë kudnërhstuar prishjen e objektit. Sipas shtetases T.H, banesën e ka blerë 30 vite më parë dhe i zotëron të gjitha dokumentet.
Aksioni i IKMT-së për shembjen e ndërtesës mësohet se po bëhet për të hapur një rrugë lidhëse me Lungomaren e Vlorës.
