The Court of Rome takes the decision/ Emigrants in Gjadër must immediately

Immigrants brought to Albania as a result of the agreement between the two governments must return to Italy.

This is the decision given this Friday by the judges of the immigration section in the Court of Rome.

The court has declared that the immigrants must immediately return to Italy, even though their request for asylum in the neighboring country has been rejected.

The decision of the court of Rome is based on the decision of the European Court of Justice, on October 4.

There are currently 12 immigrants in the Gjadri camp, as 4 of them returned earlier.

The 12 migrants have 14 days to appeal the decision, preventing them from waiting for the second decision from the Gjadri camp.

With today's decision, the Rama-Meloni agreement becomes invalid./ CNA
