The Administrative Court certifies Joni Keta as head of the BKH/Rejects Gentjan Ndoji's lawsuit

The Administrative Court has certified the election of Joni Keta as head of the National Bureau of Investigation, dismissing the lawsuit of police officer Gentjan Ndoj.

Ndoj had opposed the process, claiming that Keta's appointment was made in violation of the law and demanding that it be declared invalid, since according to him, he had come first in all stages of the testing.

After reviewing the case, the court considered the procedure followed for the selection of the head of the BKH to be legal, leaving Keta's appointment in effect.

In the competition for the leadership of this institution, which assists SPAK in investigating high-ranking officials and organized crime, 13 candidates participated, of whom only 7 passed all stages of evaluation.

The process included background checks, asset verification, psychological testing, polygraph, written essay, and interview before a special committee.
