As part of February 20, the day of remembrance and reflection on the communist past, an educational activity was held with students from the non-public school TES (Tomorrow Education School), part of the "Path of Memory" calendar.

The event focused on the issue of human rights during the dictatorship, taking its cue from the screening of the documentary "The Other Side of Valias", produced in 2025. The documentary film addresses the reality of the internments and the suffering of thousands of Albanian families in the Valias camp and other camps in the country.

A special moment of the meeting was the personal testimony of Vilma Mirakaj, who spent her childhood in exile. She shared with the students her experiences of life in isolation, the daily challenges and the strength to stand in the face of injustice.

During the event, publications prepared for pre-university education within the framework of the "Learning from the Past 1944–1991" platform were also presented, which aim to help students critically understand the history of the period 1944–1991.

In conclusion, some of these publications were donated to the school library, with the aim of serving as supporting materials in the learning process and civic education of young people./ CNA
