The initial capital of the company was in the amount of 100 ALL, divided into 100 parts with a nominal value of 1 ALL. It turns out that with the contract no. 242 rep., no. 20 ko! date 27.01.2017 citizen Eduard Meta sold to citizen Muhamet Petriti 75% of the shares of the company for the price of 75 ALL. After the sale of 75% of the shares of the company, citizen Eduard Meta continued to exercise the function of administrator until 22.06.2018, the date on which citizen Nestor Muhametllari was appointed to the position of administrator of the company. It turns out that with the contract no. 1883 rep., and no. 596 col., dated 07.12.2018, the citizen Eduard Meta sold to the citizen Muhamet Petriti the rest of his shares in the company of 25% in the amount of 25 ALL. From this moment, the shares of the company have been owned 100% by the citizen Muhamet Petriti, while the citizen Nestor Muhametllari has continued to exercise the functions of the administrator of the company", the file states.

Another fact that should be mentioned is the changes of shareholders and the change of the company name. Meta, in January 2017, sold 75% of the shares to Muhamet Petriti, the father-in-law of Mariglen Qato's brother, and in December 2018, he sold the rest of the shares to the same person.

A few days after the purchase of 100% of the shares, Petriti changed the name from "Igor Elektrik" sh.pk to "VAS Konstruksion", while on March 4, 2021, he sold all the shares to Nestor Muhametllari.

"With the quota sale contract dated 04.03.2021, citizen Muhamet Petriti sold 100% of the company's shares to citizen Nestor Muhametllari, until that moment the administrator of the company appointed by him, for the price of ALL 1,000,000. Meanwhile, it turns out that only during the year 2020 the company made profits in the amount of 106,811,679 ALL and also had undistributed profit accumulated from 2019 in the amount of 33,244,858 ALL. About 4 months from the moment of the purchase of the company's shares, on 22.07.2021, the sole partner of the company decided to distribute the dividend (to the partner Nestor Muhametllari) in the amount of 36,800,000 lek", it is further emphasized in the investigation file provided by CNA.
