The two faces of Erion Veliaj, with justice

Today at 2:00 PM, a hearing will be held at the Administrative Court, regarding the lawsuit filed by the mayor arrested with 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, Erion Veliaj, against prosecutor Ols Dado.

A lawsuit that is nothing more than another attack by Veliaj against the prosecutor who investigated his case.

Erion Veliaj continues to display his "duplicity" regarding judicial evidence. He physically appears at the Administrative Court.

Meanwhile, in the Special Court, he refuses to go or face the judicial process, postponing it indefinitely.

His file has been in the Criminal Court for almost a year, while Veliaj refuses to face the process.

With 3 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses, Erion Veliaj and his lawyer, defendant Plarent Ndreca, are using all kinds of mechanisms or schemes to delay the court process at the Criminal Court of Kosovo./CNA
