Meeting at the KLP/ The composition of the permanent committees and substitute

The High Prosecutorial Council held its next meeting this Thursday, during which the composition of the permanent committees and substitute members was voted on.

Based on the announcement of the Supreme Prosecutorial Council, the voting resulted in the composition of the Commissions of the Supreme Prosecutorial Council being as follows;

Strategic Planning, Administration and Budget Committee, composed of the following members :

Chairperson: Mirela Bogdani

Member: Olger Eminaj, Erind Merkuri

Substitute Member: Vatë Staka, Erion Fejzulla

Disciplinary Committee, composed of the following members :

Chairman: Sokol Stojani

Member: Arta Mandro, Ledina Riza

Substitute Member: Mirela Bogdani, Moisi Duda

Ethical and Professional Activity Evaluation Committee, composed of the following members :

Chairman: Zeqir Hoda

Member: Erion Fejzulla, Olger Eminaj

Substitute Member: Erind Germenji, Ledina Riza

Career Development Committee , composed of members:

Chairman: Vatë Staka

Member: Erind Germenji, Moisi Duda

Substitute Member: Erind Merkuri, Sokol Stojani

After reviewing the report prepared by the Strategic Planning, Administration and Budget Committee, the Council approved the request of Prosecutor Florian Boriçi to conduct extra-judicial activities.

In conclusion, the Council approved the Ethical and Professional Evaluation report for prosecutor Ened Nakuçi, for the period 2017–2019. It was rated “Excellent”. /CNA
