Meta's lawyer requests Rama's testimony: We have videos that show his

The lawyer for the leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, Kujtim Cakrani, stated after the hearing held this Thursday at the GJKKO that the defense was unable to present to the court the evidence and witnesses it considers important for the case.

According to Cakrani, the defense has filed film materials that, according to him, show that Prime Minister Edi Rama is a key person in several episodes related to the process and for this reason should be called as a person in the know.

"The sentencing with perception is of a different justice, of a different past. We were unable to present our demands and present evidence with witnesses to the court."

This evidence, if accepted by the court, will definitely be important. The list will include people with knowledge, starting with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

This will give the GJKKO and the Prosecution a broader picture. There will be 150 witnesses because we will present them with video that Rama is the key person who needs to speak.

"It's a shame for the court that didn't allow the media to film, I believe you know the reason, they want to delete it there and not make the reports public," said Cakrani./ CNA
