Favoring illegal construction in Ksamil/Saranda Court issues verdict for 2 crime

The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Saranda has scheduled this Thursday the decision for the two crime officers, Andi Duro and Ajdin Islamaj, against whom the security measures were changed.

These officers are under suspicion of favoring unauthorized construction in the Ksamil area.

Decision:

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Saranda, approved decision no. 23-2026-798, dated 19.05.2026, with this amendment:

The assignment to the suspect Andi Duro of the security measure "Obligation to appear at the judicial police" provided for by Article 234 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The suspect Andi Duro is ordered to appear before the judicial police officer at the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Saranda, on the third first Monday of each month, at 10:00.

The immediate release of suspect Andi Duro from "house arrest" is ordered if no other preventive arrest measure or final prison sentence has been imposed on him.

The assignment to the suspect Ajdin Islamaj of the security measure "Obligation to appear at the judicial police" provided for by Article 234 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The suspect Ajdin Islamaj is ordered to appear before the judicial police officer at the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Saranda, on the first and third Monday of each month, at 10:30 am

The immediate release of suspect Ajdin Islamaj from "house arrest" is ordered if no other preventive arrest measure or final prison sentence has been imposed on him.

The prosecution and judicial police are ordered to execute this decision. An appeal against the decision is allowed to the Supreme Court within 45 days from the day after the decision is announced. /CNA
