The Deputy Mayor of Shkodra Municipality, Alban Preka, stated that this new counter has been created to guarantee professional and impartial assistance to every citizen. The service will be provided by a qualified staff, who will assist citizens in using the platform, as part of the commitment to a more transparent administration and closer to citizens.

"As of today, the Municipality of Shkodra offers assistance to citizens for applying to e-albania. It will no longer be offered at private points in the city for a fee, but free of charge at the municipality. There is a dedicated staff and I invite citizens to go to the counters because it is a quality and free service," says Preka.
