The national action to free up public spaces is continuing with intensity in the city of Shkodra. As part of this operation, some businesses have already started voluntarily vacating occupied spaces, responding positively to the call to return them to the service of citizens.

The Municipal Police has continued with the official notification of all entities to voluntarily vacate public spaces. In case of non-compliance, intervention with measures provided for by law is warned, until their complete vacation.

"We have come out to inspect the occupation of public spaces as part of an operation that is underway to free up public spaces in the city. We would like to inform you that you have permission to use public spaces up to the door, the part outside the building is illegal, so I would ask you to immediately vacate the public space yourself."

As you are aware, an action has been launched to vacate public spaces. We will draw up an act of determination and you have a 5-day deadline to vacate the space yourself, otherwise it will be demolished by us.

As part of this operation that is taking place throughout the territory of the Republic, Shkodra has also continued its part in freeing public spaces. After we have freed public spaces in the pedestrian areas '13 Dhjetori', '28 Nëntori', Gjuhadoli and 'Kolë Idromeno', the turn has come for the main streets of the city. Currently, all entities on these axes have been notified to voluntarily free these spaces, otherwise the force of the law will act on each of these entities and the cost for them will be much higher. Understanding has been found in most of these entities and they have started freeing public spaces themselves.
