The head of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, raised concerns and accused the government of toxic waste from the Port of Durrës.

He asked for interpellation, while he emphasized in the Assembly that such scandals that have catastrophic consequences should not be allowed.

"I want to raise concern about the toxic waste of the Kurum company. The government and the state behaved in the most exemplary manner of irresponsibility. They hid their heads and responsibilities. They know nothing, neither the customs, nor the Ministry of Environment, nor the Port Authority, nor the Police and neither does Border control. If it really doesn't know anything, it shows that it has been destroyed to the extent that for months and years, the cranes unload all kinds of goods and they don't know anything. They join every request for transparency on this matter "We cannot allow that in a country where these scandals occur with these catastrophic environmental consequences, we can watch the video clips of the governors who appear on television with bags in their hands cleaning the country", underlined the head of the PAA.
