Today at noon, CNA published a news about a full communication information, received in the CNA editorial office, about a member of the Constitutional Court and another person involved, a direct link of a former MP of the Party Democratic.

CNA announced in the first article that it would not publish the messages and this is a decision without return. So, for ethical reasons, we will not publish these messages, although after the release of the news, there have been many communications with the staff and managers from concerned persons, or others involved in the communication.

As we reported in the first news, we reiterate that we will not publish any message, as we would hurt many people, families, children or relatives. Our goal was in no way and in no case such.

It was debatable whether they should publish it as news if they did not publish the names, but there is no longer any discussion that the news should be given because it shows the level where the Constitutional Court has reached and what happens inside this institution, which is probably the most the most important of justice, which is paid with the taxes of Albanian citizens and is not for rosy stories or such scandals.

We will not publish the messages and our goal has been totally professional not to violate anyone's private life , not to harm any of the people involved in this scandal, but to show who this constitutional institution is, who are the members of the Constitutional Court and what happens inside this institution beyond the facade of the walls and the important name it has.

The details are quite simple, they are communications between two people. Somewhere the messages leaked, CNA's decision is indisputable.

We can only make the messages available to the constitutional institutions, that is, the KLJJ, or the Constitutional Court itself, but we do not agree to make them public to any other person or in any way. This is an irreversible decision of CNA and its staff./ CNA
