'Partizani'/Berisha file: 40 witnesses questioned

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, shared details regarding the judicial case of the 'Partizani' file.

In an interview on 'Syri Tv', Berisha said that in this process, 40 people were questioned as witnesses.

"My son-in-law has spent 2 years under house arrest in a completely political process, in which there is not a single violation of the law in hundreds of thousands of pages. In that file, the only proven violation of the law is by Edi Rama.

He paid a fine of 320 thousand euros by decision of all levels of the court. Because when the company opened the foundations, he found out that Jamarbër Malltezi was also a shareholder and went and blocked it. The company then went to court. The court ordered the hole to be dug. Edi Rama sent the municipal police again and did not allow it. Then the court sentenced Edi Rama to 320 thousand euros and he paid it. It has been requested dozens of times that Edi Rama be questioned in court.
