MP denounces: Elbasan, the city with the highest cocaine use

DP MP, Luciano Boçi, has stated that Elbasan is the city with the highest use of one of the most expensive drugs, such as cocaine.

According to Boçi, this comes from the social and economic depression that the majority has sown everywhere.

"Drug use has spread at a galloping pace. Drug use has caught a pre-adolescent layer that is freely distributed in the courtyards of 9-year-old and high schools."
