Today, CNA announced that the winner of the race for DP chairman in Durrës would be Luan Hoti.
Confidential sources told CNA that Rithemelim and Berisha's favorite was Luan Hoti, the latter, in fact, Lulzim Basha's former candidate in the March 6, 2022 elections.
Meanwhile, it is learned that Luan Hoti has been declared the winner with 641 votes in favor.
Hoti's two rivals in this race were Astrit Xhaferri and Loritan Prifti.
