New details have been revealed by the investigations that SPAK has conducted for the directors of Veliaj who have benefited millions through tenders.

From the controls, SPAK has found evidence that proves that the citizens Eduard Meta, Muhamet Petriti and Nestor Muhametllari were not the true/real partners of the commercial company, now with the name "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk, but their ownership of the shares of the company were registered fictitiously.

During the preliminary investigations, after permission from the court with decision no. 401, dated 11.10.2023. control was exercised in the premises of the office of the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk, control was exercised over the employees of this company, documents, computer units and mobile telephones, etc. were seized, which were then subjected to technical computer expertise by extracting data useful to the investigation.

Thus, from the examination of the documents seized in the premises of the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk as well as the examination and analysis of the data obtained through the acts of computer technical expertise, other evidence was found which proves that the citizens Eduard Meta, Muhamet Petriti and Nestor Muhametllari were not the true/real partners of the commercial company, now with the name "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk, but their ownership of the company's shares was registered fictitiously.

According to the investigation file provided by CNA, it is learned that during the inspection documentary and other evidence was obtained, which provide data to prove the fact that the actual owners, i.e. the persons who have direct interests in the trading company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk are the citizens Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato, who are suspected to have owned this commercial company indirectly, through the above persons, since 2016 when it was founded.

It is further revealed that during the search of the residence of the citizen Nestor Muhametllari, a notebook was found and seized, which contains a series of notes made by the citizen Nestor Muhametllari.
