Breçani reveals it/ This is what the decision of GJKKO will be for Beleri

The former senior head of the State Police, Erzen Berçani, declared that on Monday the Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption will release Beleri, since in his judgment the actions of the police are not within the scope of the evidence.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Breçani underlined that the evidence may be sufficient for Fredi Beler's associates, but not for him.

"I don't think the actions of the police are part of the evidence for Fredi Beleri. I think Fred Beller will go home. Despite the fact that on the basis of the information that he sent in a legal way, the court has assessed the interception as legal, I think that there is not enough evidence for Fred, but more for his associates", says Breçani. / CNA.al
