The hotel and palace are taken from the businessman/ Assets worth 1 million

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Durrës, the Court of First Instance of Durrës ordered the confiscation of property in the name of citizen PT, a building, a hotel and a bar in Durrës Beach, worth 1,000,000 Euros.

At the end of the judicial review for property proceedings no. 2/2020, registered against the investigative subject PT citizen, resident in Plazh, Durrës, proved that the legal conditions exist for the seizure of movable/immovable assets resulting in the name of PT suspect, for the following reasons:

Së pari: Ekziston përtej çdo dyshimi të arsyeshëm se shtetasi P.T., është i përfshirë në veprimtari kriminale të “Pastrimit i produkteve të veprës penale” parashikuar nga neni 287 i K.Penal, “Trafikimi i narkotikëve” parashikuar nga neni 283/a i K.Penal, “Shfrytëzimi i prostitucionit”, parashikuar nga neni 114 i K.Penal dhe “Prodhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e armëve të zjarrit”, parashikuar nga neni 278 i K Penal, pasi ndaj këtij shtetasi është ngritur akuzë për kryerje të kësaj vepre penale dhe është dënuar me vendim të Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Durrës.

Së dyti: Shtetasi P.T., zotëron drejtpërsëdrejt në emër të tij pasuritë, objekt sekuestrimi. Shtetasi P.T., përfshihet në rrethin e subjekteve, mbi pasuritë e të cilëve shihen nga dispozitat e Ligjit Antimafia nenet 3/1 dhe 2/a.

Third: It is proven that the value of the assets, object of seizure, does not clearly fit the level of income, does not correspond to any declared or confirmed legal activity.

On this basis, with Decision no. 217, dated 09.06.2020, the Court of First Instance of Durrës has decided:

1. Acceptance of the request of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Durrës:

The confiscation of the following property in the name of the PT citizen, the palace property, Hotel + Bar facility in Durrës Beach with a value of 1,000,000 Euro.
