 "A mayor in the south of Albania uses cocaine"/ Karamuço:

Professor of criminology Ervin Karamuço has come out with a strong statement this morning.

Invited to the ABC Live studio, he said that there is an increase in the demand for the use of various drugs in Albania.

According to him, 'the number of users who are arrested has increased greatly, from 17 to 21 years old', because according to him they do not project themselves to be distributors, but remain debtors.

Karamuço went even further, as he said that not only the schools but also the Albanian public administration is affected by drugs, and it should be tested regularly, as it happens in the USA or other western countries.

 "A mayor in the south of Albania, uses drugs, cocaine, has created emotional disturbances of the personality, which have been verified by his subordinates, so measures must be taken for the state administration, guards, public whistleblowers must be also for this aspect. We clashed strongly with special structures of the state police, but we don't know what is going on with the other state and civil administrations,' said Karamuço. /CNA.al
