In the investigation file of the Special Prosecutor's Office for the "5D" company, evidence, facts, telephone conversations and documents have been provided that show that the directors of the mayor Erion Veliaj have violated the law with both feet.

On March 28, GJKKO imposed 9 security measures for directors and officials of the Municipality of Tirana, among whom Mariglen Qato and Redi Molla were arrested, as well as another arrest measure was imposed for Taulant Tushen. 

SPAK's investigations have shown that Molla and Qato are the "de facto" owners of the "5D Construction" company, through which they benefited from dozens of tenders in violation of the law. 

SPAK was able to seize not only the phone of the company's administrator, Nestor Muhametllari, but also of other employees.

From the telephone conversations, it was revealed that Qato and Molla not only participated in company meetings, were informed about financial data, but also fired employees. 

This is clearly seen in a communication between the employee Taulant Cjapi and the administrator of the "5D" company, Nestor Muhametllari. Where the decision to fire Cjapi was taken by Mariglen Qato.  

"The citizen Taulant Cjapi has turned out to have been employed in the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk Between the citizen Taulant Cjapi and the citizen Nestor Muhametllari on 26.07.2021, the following conversation took place:
Taulant : "Today I found out that they said that put Land out of work, let's be aware that I've done as much as I knew and maybe from now on you won't leave the family without bread. 
Nestor: "O Land, I neither brought you a friend nor did I take you away... the decision I've come to you". Taulant : "Goodbye brother, good luck in your work".
Nestor : "Let's talk Land".
Taulant: "We don't have much to talk about anymore, you left and told Mer (Mariglen Qatos) that Lani doesn't do nothing. While I was asking you for a daily job and you told him that Landi does nothing. That's what he told me on the phone, I know I behaved well," the investigative file says. /CNA
