The owner of the 'Orange' bar, Spiro Iljadhi, was put in police custody for the death of the 17-year-old waiter.

37-year-old Spiro Iljadhi, a resident of Saranda, was caught during the check by the services of the Qafë Bote Border Police Station.

The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë has assigned to him, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Violation of the rules of protection at work".

17-year-old Antonio Delilaj, employed in this bar, died on August 26, 2023, in the bar owned by him, due to the rupture of the elevator cable.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë, for further actions./ CNA
