The court of Shkodra, with the decision dated 11.07.2022, has assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", after he gave false testimony before the prosecutor, about the circumstances of the shooting death of the citizen Prek Tomaj, an employee of Ujsjellës- Kanalizime, 47 years old, event that happened on 13.02.2022, at the 53-year-old's bar.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offense "False statement before the prosecutor".
