10 flights are cancelled/ TIA reveals the cause

CNA.al has reported today about the problems with the trips of the "Wizz Air" company.

The three trips with the destinations Tirana-Eindhoven, Tirana-Pisa and Pisa-Tirana have been canceled by the company "Wizz Air", which has not given clear explanations to the passengers.

But a little while ago, Tirana International Airport (TIA) reacted. TIA announces cancellation of 10 flights due to bad weather.

TIA states that some passengers have been offered refunds or have been rebooked on flights to their respective destinations.

Sipas TIA-s, flururimet ajrore të anuluara kanë qenë të linjave ajrore si “Wizz Air”, “Pegasus”, “Air Albania” dhe “Lufthansa”.

“Aeroporti Ndërkombëtar i Tiranës bën të ditur se 10 fluturime janë anuluar për shkak të kushteve të këqija atmosferike.

Sipas politikave përkatëse të linjave ajrore, disa nga pasagjerët, fluturimet e të cilëve janë anuluar ose janë devijuar në një aeroport tjetër (Shkup, Athinë, Stamboll, Bari, Venecia) janë akomoduar në hotelet përreth këtyre aeroporteve ndërkombëtare. Wizz Air ka siguruar edhe transportin e pasagjerëve nga Aeroporti Ndërkombëtar i Shkupit në Tiranë.

Disa pasagjerëve u është ofruar mundësia e rimbursimit ose janë rregulluar në fluturime për destinacionet përkatëse.
