Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha has stated that there are two periods when there is an increase in the intensity of crimes in Albania.
He described the months of August and December as two periods where criminality increases in the country.
According to him, this happens because immigrants arrive during these two months and the vigilance of people involved in crimes decreases.
Hoxha further appealed for the police to increase protective measures for citizens in order to prevent as many criminal events as possible.
Furthermore, Hoxha also spoke about the fate of Ervis Martinaj, one of the most talked about characters of the world of crime in recent months. According to him, Martinaj disappeared and since that time it seems as if the world of crime has fallen into a total calm. /CNA.al
