The Deputy Prime Minister and at the same time the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku has stated that even in December, the 800 kwh energy band will not be applied.

"After a call we made in September due to the difficult situation and high import prices, the citizens responded to this call to consume less energy. We have appreciated your feedback and although a band-aid was put in place by ERE which could be put in place when we had difficulties, it has never been put in place and has not been used to date. The work has paid off. However, it must be said that the saving in the months of September and October was considerable and gave us a hand to overcome such a situation. I want to ask once again for your commitment, of every citizen, family, small business, to continue to save because it will be the only way not to apply the 800 kWh bandage", said Balluku.
