Gent Ibrahimi, the new member of the Constitutional Court, is sworn in at the Presidency.

President Begaj wished him success in his new task. 

Gent Ibrahimi, the brother-in-law of the former socialist minister, Mimi Kodheli, has been listed by the Judicial Appointments Council as the first candidate to be appointed as a member of the Constitutional Court.

According to the KED, Gent Ibrahimi was evaluated with 88.37 points. He was followed by Arta Vorpsi with 88.22 points, and Arta Marku with 82.66 points.

We remind you that after the verification of assets, Gent Ibrahim was allowed to run for the vacant seat of Përparim Kalos, in the Constitutional Court.

Previously, he held the position of Head of the High Council of Prosecution./CNA.al
