5 "explosive" cities in Albania/ Artan Hoxha predicts a

Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha has identified 5 cities which, according to him, are in a critical situation as far as organized crime is concerned. He singled out: Shkodra, Fier, Vlora, Elbasan, Durrës.

According to Hoxha, although the situation currently seems calm, Shkodra continues to be problematic, as the gangs there still have unfinished business.

“Kemi një qetësi të rreme para furtunës. Kemi Shkodrën, që nuk është situata aq e qetë sa duket. Se situata është e ngrirë dhe jo e zgjidhur. Janë disa konflikte aty. Policia dhe Prokuroria nuk ka reaguar. Vrasja e Bardhok Pllanës, Fatbardh Licit. Vrasja e xhaxhai dhe babai të Asmer Bilalit. Thjeshtë nuk dalin më aq haptazi në qytet por janë aty në pritje. Është e rrezikshme situata” tha Hoxha.

Sa i takon qytetit të Durrësit, Hoxha shprehet se mbetet problemtike lufta për të kontrolluar portin nga ku hyjnë ngarkesat e drogës.

“Durrësi kanë lëvizur ekuilibrat. Kanë dalë operatorë grupe të reja që kontrollojnë Durrësin. Nuk është aq e qetë situata. Fati i mirë është se krerët e grupeve janë jashtë, kryesisht në Dubai dhe nuk plasin konfliktet këtu” tha Hoxha.

As for Elbasan Hoxha, he says that the war continues, although it seems as if the bandits have calmed down.

In Fier, the journalist said that the situation is critical, because of the murder of Demir Baçka. According to Hoxha in Fier, they know who committed the crime, although the police have not yet given a name.
