The three candidates, Edvin Kondili, Adnan Xholi, Altin Dumani meet the conditions to enter the race.

Meanwhile, investigative journalist Artan Hoxha has revealed who is his favorite.

According to Hoxha, all three candidates are high figures and quite capable, but he prefers Altin Dumani to win the race.
