The Special Prosecution Office has made a post on Facebook regarding the extension of the investigations.
In the announcement made, SPAK states that for complex cases, investigations last beyond the 6-month deadline.
For these issues, SPAK indicates that investigations can take up to two years.
SPAK says that two investigators and a prosecutor are engaged in these matters.
" Complex cases last beyond the 6-month period up to 2 years. To complete these cases, a special prosecutor and two investigators are engaged ," SPAK reports.
