In the parliamentary session, during the process of dismissals and new appointments, the vote against the dismissal of Elisa Spiropali, DP leader Sali Berisha, and DP MP Jozefina Topalli drew attention.

Regarding the act, DP leader Sali Berisha reacted in a statement to the media, emphasizing that he did not vote for it at all and calling it an unscrupulous fraud.

"I absolutely did not vote at all, an unscrupulous fraud. We did not vote at all," said Berisha.

MP Jozefina Topalli has also clarified the truth behind her vote against Spiropalli's dismissal.

Through a post on social media, Topalli said that amidst the chaos in parliament, he mistakenly pressed the buttons on the system to take the floor, and this moment coincided with the vote to dismiss the minister.

She explained that this is a technical slip and not an expression of political will.

"During the chaos in Parliament, when the opposition was not being given the floor, I mistakenly pressed two buttons on the system to take the floor.
