Gjatë një emisioni Shehaj ka deklaruar se pushtetarët e sotëm nuk pranojnë të korruptohen port ë jenë atë që e bëjnë korrupsionin.
Deputeti ka shijgetuar kryebashkiakun Veliaj duke thënë se është biznesmeni më i madh në Tiranë dhe po varfëron arkën e shtetit.
“Kapja e ekonomisë sjell vdekjen e demokracisë.
Problemi këtu është ekonomik. Pushtetarët e sotëm nuk pranojnë të korruptohen.
Pushtetarët e sotëm duan të jenë ata që e bëjnë.
Këtu nuk kemi kryetar bashkie që është i korruptuar.
Ne kemi një kryetar bashkie që është biznesmeni më i madh në Tiranë.
Nuk po vjedhin dhe po e varfërojnë thjesht arkën e shtetit, këta kanë kapur ekonominë.
Kapja e ekonomisë i sjell vdekjen demokracisë, i sjell zgjedhjet në një formalitet ku rezultati dihet”, tha Shehaj./ CNA
