Beqaj, request to SPAK: Tell me, am I a person under investigation or a third party?!

The former minister Ilir Beqaj appeared today in SPAK according to the decision given to him by the court for the sterilization concession.

Beqaj said that the case should be divided since where the documents were presented there is an order of the chancellor that speaks of third parties.

 "As you know, I have been under investigation for four months. I come every Friday to enforce the court's decision. When I asked for the documents, I was presented with an order from the chancellor that talks about third parties. They have to tell me, am I a person under investigation or a third party?!

As a third party there are other issues. I am a person under investigation and the general instruction of the head of the SPAK from September speaks of a record that the prosecutor of records and expenses carries and not the person under investigation. They should share whether I am a third party or a person under investigation", said Beqaj./ CNA
