Admir Murataj was killed in the robbery of Rinas / His wife's 2 million

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has seized assets worth about 2 million euros in Tirana, which belong to the wife of Admir Murataj, one of the perpetrators of the robbery in Rinas.

In the official announcement, it is reported that 1 apartment and 2 garages have been seized, on "Mihal Grameno" street, Tirana, 1 apartment in Saranda and a plot of land (trees) in Mjull Bathore.

At the end of the investigation, it was found that the assets seized from the 47-year-old with the initials AA (M) were the source of the criminal activity carried out by the lady's husband, Admir Murataj.

Në kuadër të procedimit penal për evidentimin dhe sekuestrimin e pasurive që rrjedhin nga veprimtaria kriminale, referuar nga Sektori për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Financiare, nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë, u zhvillua operacioni policor i koduar “Relative”.

Në zbatim të këtij procedimi, u bë ekzekutimi i vendimit të Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë, për vendosjen e sekuestros preventive ndaj pasurive të paluajtshme në ngarkim të shtetases A. A. (M)., 47 vjeçe, banuese në Tiranë.

Në zbatim të këtij vendimi, u bë sekuestrimi i pasurive të paluajtshme, vlera e të cilave arrin rreth 2 milionë euro, konkretisht:

•1 apartament dhe 2 garazhe, në rrugën “Mihal Grameno”, Tiranë, 1 apartament në Sarandë dhe një sipërfaqe toke (pemëtore), në Mjull Bathore.

Nga veprimet hetimore dyshohet se pasuritë e sekuestruara e kanë burimin nga veprimtaritë kriminale të kryera nga bashkëshorti i shtetases A. A.(M.), shtetasi A. M., i cili ka mbetur i vrarë gjatë grabitjes së një shume të konsiderueshme parash, në Rinas, në vitin 2019.
