The National Inspectorate for the Protection of the Territory has today filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Vlora, the officials of the Inspectorate of the Protection of the Territory in the Municipality of Himara, the Police Station near this municipality, as well as the officials of the Vlora Regional Directorate of IKMT. The object of the report is "abuse of duty". According to the report, the officials are accused of not exercising control over the territory they administer. More specifically, it is about the building that IKMT inspectors demolished yesterday with a controlled explosion in Gjileka, Dhërmi, while the responsible local institutions have not given any warning about this unauthorized construction.
