The Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, reacted after the rainfall situation in the country.

In a post on social networks, Pelesi said that since yesterday evening, all civil emergency structures have been on standby to avoid problems as a result of the rains.

He emphasized, among other things, that the Ministry of Defense is in constant contact with the local government to do the best for the people.

"Since last night, all civil emergency structures are on full alert and all measures have been taken, so that we have as few problems as possible as a result of the rain. Increased attention is paid to the municipalities of Mirdita, Kurbin, Lezhë, Shkodër, Malësi e Madhe, Shijak, Krujë, Memaliaj, Tepelënë, Gjirokastër, Mallakastër and Berat, where the rainfall was the most.
