Today, the Project of the new Commercial Port of Durrës in Porto Romano is being presented. Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has stated that this project will become one of the strategic gateways of the Mediterranean.

Balluku stated that this project will create over 1500 new jobs. 390 million euros will be invested in this project. According to the details given by the deputy prime minister, 46% of the value will be provided by the Albanian government, the rest by the investor.
