Meat-based foods, local products, but also other fish-based foods or vegetarian and gluten-free options were not absent from the menu prepared for all the leaders participating in the summit of the European Union and the Western Balkans, which was organized for the first time in Tirana.

Chef Juli Zguro welcomed leaders such as Emmanuel Macron, Olaf Scholz or Giorgia Meloni with a selection of rye bread accompanied by goat butter and salt, as well as beef tartar with white truffles, writes Euroneës.

Antipasta included tahini-enriched bean paste salad, soft cheese, beetroot and hazelnuts.

The traditional beef noodles were selected as the first course, while the main course was the beef fillet, accompanied by potato chips, corn sauce and celery and truffle puree.

As for dessert, a "vegan paradise" was prepared, with chocolate cream, sticks and raspberry sorbet.
