The former head of the police, Fatjon Softa, says that the charges against the 11 Persians that SPAK issued arrest warrants are very serious, since they are talking about a structured criminal group.
In an interview in Abc Neës, Softa said that the investigation started in 2013 in cooperation with foreign agencies, which deal with the implementation of the law and the crackdown on serious cases.
According to him, 56 police officers have emerged from the interceptions, who can be arrested.
"This group has 11 arrest warrants, of which four have been executed. The investigations started in April 2013 and since then there have been several collaborations with international agencies, such as Europol and other agencies, and the charges brought against this group are very serious, because they are also talking about a structured criminal group. My analysis is that as long as we have security measures, which are prison arrests, we expect to have more arrests. It is thought that there may be 56 police officers, who have been intercepted and we may have arrests. From the experience so far, in general all these have been with information and facts. We are in the phase of accusations", he said./ CNA
