The former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, in a meeting with experts and leaders of the Departments of Education, Health, Social Affairs, Youth and Culture, holding discussions on the 2024 Budget Project, said that the budget vote in 4 minutes did not happen anywhere but only in Edi Rama's narco-state.

Berisha said that the Democratic Party's stand for constitutional rights exposed the true face of Edi Rama's regime to the world.

"Edi Rama proved that he is determined to confiscate the constitutional rights of the opposition people. He is determined to stand on the Constitution of the country, determined to do everything for his power. No country has recorded a 4-minute vote on a budget. This happens only in the narco state of Edi Rama. DP's stance on constitutional rights exposed the true face of Edi Rama's regime to the world.
