At the meeting of the Council of Ministers this Wednesday, November 22, 2023, it was decided that Mimoza Kaçi, who held the position of a member of the Board of the Financial Supervision Authority, will be appointed the General Executive Director of the Authority, for the remaining period of the mandate as a member of the board .

The decision takes effect immediately

"PROPOSAL TO THE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA FOR THE CANDIDACY OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF THE FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE FUNCTION OF THE GENERAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE AUTHORITY 

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 6 of Law No. 9572, dated 3.7.2006, "On the Financial Supervision Authority", amended, with the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers

DECIDE:

The proposal to the Assembly of the Republic of Albania for the candidacy of Mrs. Mimoza Kaçi, member of the Board of the Financial Supervision Authority, who holds the position of Deputy Executive Director, is released from this position and appointed to the position of General Executive Director of the Authority, for the remaining period of the mandate as a member of the board.

This decision comes into effect immediately," the decision says./ CNA
