The General Director of the Probation Service, Ervin Hoxha, has been relieved of his duties.

The decision was made public after the meeting of the Council of Ministers this Wednesday.

The decision of the Council of Ministers states: 

"THE DISMISSAL OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE PROBATION SERVICE

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Point 2, Article 10, of Law No. 78/2020, "On the Organization and Operation of the Probation Service", with the proposal of the Minister of Justice, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:  Mr. Ervin Hoxha, General Director of the Probation Service, is released from this duty.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette". . / CNA
