Note/ The steak of Edi Rama’s ministers, and the added wealth of Lulzim Basha

Opposition leader Lulzim Basha reacted again today, regarding the famous dinner of 4 days ago of a part of the government cabinet, accompanied by businessman Samir Mane, who were invited by a group of investors in the UAE.

A dinner, for which Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the bill was paid by the hosts, caused many reactions on social networks, but also from politics. But in the end, the parties were justified by the fact that every payment was made by the host party, and tried to calm down the storm of criticism it caused.
In fact, even if what the government and the participants at that table say is true, at least there is a conflict of interest. However, the opposition has the right to react harshly on this issue. On the other hand, this opposition would have been much more credible and true, if it hadn?t edited the video, or treated the event selectively, thus excluding some characters there, including not only the businessman Samir Mane, but also the director of Public Relations
of the Prime Minister Endri Fuga, his wife, and other characters.

Meanwhile, the critical reaction would have been even more credible, if it had been done by someone other than Lulzim Basha. Why? Because Luli Basha mentions the steak, and says that the wealth of the ministers increased during the government, and according to him it was a scandal that they were eating steak at the restaurant of the Turkish chef Nusret in Dubai. First, Lulzim Basha has added more his wealth than ministers of Edi Rama. So when Luli Basha talks about increasing wealth, he must have in mind with whom he makes the comparison. And if the comparison is that Lulzim Basha has increased his wealth less than Edi Rama?s ministers, this is an issue he should discuss with Prime Minister Rama, and not with public opinion.

Because in these 7 years in opposition, Lulzim Basha as chairman of Democratic Party, has only added his wealth. If you compare the declarations of wealth of the ministers of Edi Rama, it turns out that Basha has much more. But maybe Basha has his claims. On the other hand, the facts say that Lulzim Basha has taken villas from the oligarchs, after attacking them, as is the case of Agron Papuli. He took villas at the ?Vala Mar? residences in Lalzi Bay, again these villas built by the oligarchs.

So his fortune has increased with many villas, maybe even with a lot of money. And he seems to be really a man who strangely gets rich even by being in opposition, not to mention his family members, the businesses developed by them and others things like these.

Therefore, when Luli Basha talks about Rama?s ministers, about their steak, there is something wrong. Because it?s not simply and only a matter of meat consumption. No matter how much they get rich, we are taking this for granted or that maybe there are corrupted, it doesn?t turn out that they have gotten as rich as Lulzim Basha.

Or at least they have not shown their wealth as publicly as Luli Basha does, who gets rich not only as opposition leader, but also advertises the unbridled luxury where he lives. And because of the great desire to become Prime Minister, has begun to travel just like the prime minister with a huge escort, with dizzying expenses simply, simply an only to rival Edi Rama in every aspect.
