Gentlemen of SPAK, what about Ben Blushi and Mirel Mërtiri, when it is their turn?

Yesterday, through a notification, SPAK stated that the Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime had issued an order for the seizure of assets of the citizen Ylli Ndroqi, known as Xhemail Pasmaçiu.

The latter is the owner of Ora News television, whose 26 assets worth millions of dollars have been seized, and both the prosecution and the SPAK, suspect that these are assets obtained from drug trafficking.

In fact, Mr.Ndroqi is a citizen Xhemail Pasmaçiu, arrested for drug trafficking in Turkey and Italy, according to the notification given by SPAK. Also in the announcement of SPAK, it is stated that from the ?analysis of the facts, and the administered documentation regarding the assets of the citizen Ylli Ndroqi (alias Xhemail Pasmaçiu), and his family, it results that they have an unjustified economic level, and it is suspected that these real estate or movable property, have acquired them as a result of his criminal activity that he has carried out in Albania, Turkey and Italy?.

It has been the media, that have often reported on the change of name by Mr.Ylli Ndroqi and his arrest in Turkey. But then the judicial pressure, and the way he used having with him the capital of a television, has forced many news portals to withdraw from confronting with Ylli Ndroqi.

But CNA.al published recently documents that showed that Ylli Ndroqi is Xhemail Pasmaçiu. And now who has the turn, Ben Blushi or Mirel Mërtiri? In fact, to believe SPAK, after Ylli Ndroqi, which was not used in this case by Erion Veliaj as he raised the alibi and it was expected in this case to say Ylli Ndroqi, we must wait for the results.

Ben Blushi sues Berisha, but he should be investigated by SPAK. If Ylli Ndroqi says that the seizure of his properties came due to the opposition stance, this is an incredible alibi, because we do not believe that there is opposition in the world to serve as an alibi for a drug trafficker.

But, SPAK has a duty to become even more credible to Albanians. And he can show this with another media owner, or with the owners of the incinerators, who have received the much-talked-about and accused concessions from the opposition.

We are talking about the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, who like Ylli Ndroqi, is a citizen with a changed name. On the other hand, even for Ben Blushi, the director of Top Channel, who registered a property of 6.000 square meters in Dhërmi, which was later deregistered by Edi Rama.

He also enjoys in the name of his daughter a fortune worth hundreds of thousands of euros, recorded in ridiculous values. And on the other hand in Dardha, were he clashed with his neighbors for an area of 2.000 square meters, which he had obtained through legalization.

So, after Ylli Ndroqi, it should be Mirel Mërtiri or Ben Blushi turn.

In order that SPAK shows to the Albanians, that the case of Ylli Ndroqi was not a game of Erion Veliaj, neither a game of Edi Rama. But that it is really the justice who decides. Now the touchstone is in the hand of SPAK, and it is the turn of Ben Blushi and Mirel Mërtiri. /CNA.al
